Psychotherapy

I work from a place of genuine connection, guided by intuition and an open heart.

My training has taken me into sensitive and often unspoken areas—suicide, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the complex relationship between mind and body. I’ve also supported individuals living with the challenges of a diagnosis of Dissociative Identity Disorder.

I don’t view you as a diagnosis. My approach is grounded in respecting your lived experience—every story, every wound, and every way you’ve learned to survive.

In our work together, I aim to understand rather than label, to listen rather than pathologise.

I understand that starting therapy can be uncertain and even overwhelming. I’ll walk with you at a pace that feels right.

The foundation of our work is a relationship based on trust, honesty, and care. I’m here to listen, not only to your words but also to what’s felt beneath them.

Being heard, fully and without judgment, can ease what you carry. It can reduce the sense of isolation and begin the process of reconnecting with yourself.

Therapy can support a return to your sense of self, building insight, strengthening self trust, and moving towards the life you want to live.

In time, you may reconnect with parts of yourself that have been hidden or quiet for a long time. You might take time to sit with what they bring, to respond with care, and to welcome them back with kindness.
