Regression Therapy

What is Past life regression therapy?

Past Life Regression (PLR) is an exploratory technique using hypnosis to access memories that may feel connected to past experiences. While these memories are subjective and often symbolic, the process can foster self-discovery and deeper insights into emotional and behavioral patterns. Each session is uniquely personal and intended for reflection rather than historical validation

Regression therapy helps individuals revisit past experiences—whether from their current life or perceived past lives—to gain insight into emotional patterns, relationships, or unresolved events. Guided hypnosis facilitates this journey in a structured and supportive environment, encouraging self-awareness and personal growth.

The nature of Regression Therapy

PLR is not about proving past lives but about exploring personal narratives that may provide meaning and context to present experiences. Whether driven by curiosity or a desire for self-awareness, individuals often find value in the insights gained through this process.

Benefits

                                                          What to expect

A PLR session involves light hypnosis to guide clients into a relaxed state, allowing impressions and memories to surface naturally. You will be in control at all times.  There is no 'going under'

Sessions last approximately one and a half hours, incorporating guided imagery and relaxation techniques. Reflection afterward can help integrate newfound insights. All sessions are online via zoom

Womb Regression

Womb regression is a concept that bridges deep psychology, spiritual introspection, and symbolic transformation. At its core, it represents a journey back—not just in time, but into the most primal space of existence: the womb. It’s a return to the original sanctuary, the place before thought, language, trauma, or ego.

In therapy or guided meditative states, womb regression can be used to access early imprints—emotional energies or experiences absorbed during gestation. These might be linked to feelings of abandonment, safety, connection, or even inherited generational patterns. It's believed that by witnessing this state, healing can occur at a foundational level.
